Wayfarers Chapel Wedding with Katrina and Brandon

Wow, is all that comes to mind when I talk about this perfect wedding of Katrina and Brandon. First of all this couple is just so beautiful inside and out. On top of that they picked the most gorgeous venues for the ceremony, photos and the reception. The day started with Katrina and Brandon getting ready at the church. Well, Wayfarers isn’t your average church. This one is probably the most pretty churches I have ever seen. It is set on a cliff in Palos Verdes. The whole church is glass set in these huge gorgeous trees. Needless to say the photos are stunning! After the ceremony we were off to three photo stops that the couple had scouted out. The first was to the famous Terranea Resort. We walked down to the ocean and the cliffs with the full bridal party. I have to say Katrina is the most adventurous bride we have ever had. She pretty much rock climbed with Brandon, Bruce and I to get this awesome shot. I was so excited! After this we made a quick stop at the Palos Verdes Heritage Castle Museum. This entrance has the most dramatic gates. How could we not stop for a quick photo. Then we were off to the Trump National Golf Course. I probably don’t have to say again stunning course with amazing ocean views. After these three amazing photo stops we were all of to the reception at the Five Crown Restaurant in Corona Del Mar. This reception was the perfect combination of elegant and an awesome party. Brandon and his friends I have to say are the most amazing dancers!READ POST »

Carlsbad Family Photos of Millie Family

Carlsbad family photographer at a pretty trail. This trail is one of my secret spots that I love so much! Not too many people know about it and the light is just so pretty. This family is some of our closest friends. Our girls are all best friends too. It is funny you would think I would be so comfortable with friends. I actually get more nervous and hope that I do a good job. But how cute are they? I don’t think they can even take a bad photo. We had a blast walking around the trail and doing a mixture of family posed and candid photos. It was a blast. I can’t wait to see what photo they choose for their Christmas Holiday Photo card. Here are some of my favorite photos from this shoot.READ POST »

La Jolla Cove Suites Wedding of Ali and Jen

How amazing is this La Jolla Wedding? We were so honored to document this awesome couples wedding! Jen and Ali are just the sweetest couple! Ali is from Turkey originally and had many of his family members fly in for this special day. We had a blast getting to know both families and getting a little peak into their lives. They had their wedding today at the historic La Jolla Cove Suites hotel in the heart of La Jolla. We did their first look right at the park in front of the hotel.READ POST »
