How fun is this wedding? When we met Katie and Sam the first time they described what they wanted for their wedding as just a big laid back party. Well they accomplished just that! It was perfect in every way. They got ready at the spanish style Hacienda Hotel in the heart of Old Town. We did their first look at the hotel and then headed up the hill to the gorgeous Presidio Park. We love this historic location. It is hard to find buildings with that much history in San Diego. This is such a classic structure that made for amazing photos of the bride and groom. After the fun photo shoot it was off to the ceremony in front of 100 of their closest family and friends. The ceremony was in the intimate temple Beth Israel in Heritage Park. After the ceremony everyone walked down the road to the amazing Casa Guadalajara. This was definitely a mexican fiesta! The buffet was amazing! The dance floor was packed! I do have to say one of my favorite moments was the groom and grandma dance. Sam’s grandma is 98 years old and she was just so precious!!
